1. What’s something you really like about yourself?

I'm truly curious and interested in other people and how they "do life."

2. What is your biggest challenge?

Impatience. It’s a real problem.

 

3. What kitchen or house tool do you use daily that’s changed your life?

4. When do you feel most confident?

When I’m helping someone clean out their closet. It’s my happy place.

5. Are essential oils anything?

The jury’s still out.

  

6. How do you create boundaries?

I say “no” to more opportunities than I say “yes” to. I’ve gotten pretty comfortable with this.

7. How do you dampen self-critical thoughts when they get too loud?

Moving my body gets me out of my head instantly.

  

8. Describe the most “you” outfit of all time.

White, feminine blouse paired with ripped, vintage Levi’s, gold jewelry and a Clare V bag.

9. What meal can you make the hell out of?

White cheddar mac and cheese with homemade croutons. It’s outrageous. 

  

10. What book has made the biggest impact on your life?

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. It outlines how to reap huge rewards in your life by taking small, smart, consistent action.

 

11. Apart from family, what woman do you deeply admire?

Stacey Abrams. For her passion, leadership, and commitment to ending voter suppression.

 

12. Which Insta account is creating the greatest content and why?

@norah_yarah_rosa for an instant injection of positivity, joy, and really good dance moves.

 

13. What quote or phrase has really stayed with you?

“You can do everything, just not all at once.” —My Mother

 

14. What’s your most effective form of therapy?

Actual therapy is pretty great, but cleaning out my closet is a close second, and a pint of Jeni’s Brambleberry Crisp never fails.

15. What’s your approach to mending conflict with people you work with?

I’m always in favor of super direct communication and setting clear expectations from the start.

 

16. How do you feel about cilantro?

I’m a unicorn because I’m actually cilantro neutral.

  

17. Describe, in detail, your perfect bedtime routine.

Kiss my girls goodnight, write down everything that’s taking up space in my brain, organize the day ahead on an index card, pass out watching Netflix.

 

18. What’s your favorite thing you’ve ever read on the internet?

“It’s Decorative Gourd Season, Motherfuckers” from McSweeney’s is comedy GOLD.

19.  What’s your relationship with bangs?

We’ve never been friends.
