Acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and, along with the other Terms of Use, governs your use and/or access of the Website.  Any capitalized term used but not defined in this AUP shall have the meaning assigned in the Terms of Use.

BY VISITING, USING, SUBSCRIBING TO, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE (INCLUDING THIS AUP); IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE AND/OR ACCESS THE WEBSITE.
