A Cleansing Balm That Makes You Want To Wash Your Face

Balms are usually thick, rich formulas that come in a wide, round tin that you apply to DRY (yes, dry!) skin, then emulsify with water and remove with a wet washcloth. Yes, that last part is incredibly necessary; trying to simply rinse off a cleansing balm will leave your face oily and full of make-up.
