Apparently there is huge controversy around this salad.

Is it legit? Is it some TikTok hoax? Is the actual Jenny-An salad some kind of “doctored Cobb,” as Courteney Cox claims?

Perhaps none of us will ever know the truth. But we do know that this salad looks glorious and we will henceforth be eating it daily.

Here is the controversial salad in question:

And a little mini recipe to screenshot:

The Jennifer Aniston Salad

  • 3.5 cups cooked bulgur wheat

  • 2-3 small cucumbers, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/2 cup chopped mint

  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

Toss and enjoy.

P.S. Make a big vat of bulgur wheat and keep it in the fridge to whip this up anytime in, oh, under 2 minutes.
