We Can’t Stop Thinking About Naomi Watts’ Clothes From The Watcher. So We Found Them.

Not since Carrie Bradshaw’s newspaper print dress have we found ourselves lusting after clothes on a screen.
Is this too niche of an idea to have spent hours and hours finding affordable (ish) dupes for all of Naomi’s chunky knits and creamy cashmeres and lug-soles boots? Probably. But her wardrobe is almost like the “look” we’ve wanted our entire lives without even being able to articulate it.
Typically, when we see some affluent wife-and-mother character enrobed in expensive neutrals, it’s boring. It just reads “money.” But these outfits are always grounded in something interesting. Usually in the form of some tough-looking boot, creating the soft/hard juxtaposition of our wildest dreams.
But enough of all this. Let’s get to the outfits, and the dupes we found to recreate all of them. Because, naturally, her actual clothes were like $47,674. And we’re not quiiiiite there yet.

The icon of the sweater world and a very obvious choice for Naomi’s covetable collection. In truth, this is the sweater you will love and wear for all of time. It’s an investment, but it will save you from buying a million other itchy, pilling cardigans that wind up collecting dust in your closet. For a more modestly (and actually astoundingly low) priced runner up in pure cashmere, we also love THIS one.
