Poshmark is henceforth our happy place of late. It’s a searchable trove for all the lusty, oft-designer pieces that we never stopped thinking about that are no longer available or that we couldn’t justify because they cost more than our first car.
Buying vintage brings our sartorial dreams back to life. And Poshmark is where we’re doing all of it these days.
And so, here are just 9 of our absolute favorite finds this month. Kinda feel like we could make this a series. Thoughts?
1. Paige Portia High-Rise Wide-Leg Jeans
Why Paige ever stopped making these perfect, soft, wide-leg jeans is beyond us. We’ve never had more friends avidly ask us where we got our jeans. Thankfully, there are some sellers still selling them on Posh (even NWT). Wheeee!
2. Gucci Double G buckle Belt
There’s something classic about having the logo on a belt, which means it lasts forever, and unlike your purse, doesn’t disappear from your look when you put it down. Plus, it’s much more accessible to be able to add a designer thing to jeans and a white tee or black pants and a sweater, and everything just sort of levels up in an understated way. But why buy a new one (which sells out all the time anyway) when you can get it gently worn for so much less?

3. The Great 100% Silk Viola Maxi Skirt
Even when this skirt first came out, it could not stay in stock. It is, and we’re not exaggerating, the prettiest silk skirt. The long smocking is unbelievably flattering on the lower tum, which we find can fluctuate in size, even throughout a single 3-hour span since we turned 40.

4. Louis Vuitton Leopard Stole Scarf
It’s not your typical monogrammed Louis V print, but it is the scarf that turns all our dumb clothes into outfits. And if you find one like this with a tiny snag you don’t even see because of the print, you save hundreds and hundreds of dollars. #lifehack

5. Clare V. Moyen Messenger in Cream Woven Checker
We bought this cream color straight from Clare V. before it sold out. But we wish we hadn’t because then we coulda poshed it (not an expression) for a steep discount. This happens to be our favorite everyday handbag of all time, and this luxe color matches an extraordinary amount of outfits where a black bag just doesn’t quite work.

6. Gucci GG Monogram canvas Platform Slides
Another thing we can just slip on with a bunch of boring stuff and oops, we’re supremely styled. But also comfy!
7. Gorjana Evil Eye Necklace
Our Editor-in-Chief gets endless comments on her evil eye necklace, though she has no memory of where she got it. So she sends the many people who ask her about it to Poshmark where they can dig up similar superstitious finds like this, which, by the way, is the perfect size for layering.

When we’re bored with black and brown shades, buying vintage lets us play with color without going overboard on spend. That said, we’d happily buy these full-price for the joy they’ve sparked in our lives.
