Sometimes drugstore products are just better than fancy ones. And this one definitely is better than anything in its category. Everything in the “Lumi” line from L’Oréal is great—notably their concealers and foundations, especially for mature skin, but this “glotion” (ugh to that portmanteaus but damnit if this doesn’t make sense) is really very special.
It comes in a few shades so you don’t have to worry that it will lighten or darken your skin like most glow-giving primers can. And one, dime-sized amount is all we need under foundation to shine like the top of the Chrysler building. But in a good way.
If you’re having a good skin day, you can even wear this alone, sans foundation, with just a tiny dab of concealer under the eyes, a swipe of mascara and call it a damn day.
