This Product ... Actually Got Rid Of Our Arm Crepe. And We Sort Of Don’t Believe Our Eyes.

WHAT: Drmtlgy Retinol Body Lotion*

WHY: We woke up one day and BOOM, our arms were crepey, our eyelids were crepey, our knees were crepey.

HOW DID WE LET THIS HAPPEN, YOU GUYS?!

It’s like we feel no different than the hot piece of ass we were at our high school prom, and now we have to worry about the WRINKLES ON OUR ARMS?!

We decided this simply wouldn’t stand, and we bought every, single body lotion and oil and cream and serum that made promises to banish such crepe, knowing full well that these promises are likely coercive marketing with altered before and after pictures, and our expectations were basement-low.

So just sit with that for a minute. And while you’re sitting with it, we’re going to trot out the “before” picture which, even though we are 28 in our heads, seems to resemble the arm-skin of a deteriorating crypt keeper:

And then try to imagine our shock, SHOCK, when we took this after picture after using one of those creams:

If we were reading this article, we also wouldn’t believe what we’re seeing. We would also think it’s fake or altered. But it’s not. It’s just what happened after we used this product:

One of our friends told us about this product. Otherwise we may not have gravitated towards it. Here are its official claims:

  • Improves the look of crepey skin and restores elasticity

  • Leaves skin brighter, reducing the appearance of stretch marks and dark spots

  • Improves firmness and helps with the look of cellulite

  • Restores hydration with shea butter and ceramides

We’ve since been using it daily on arms and legs, and all signs of crepe are utterly gone. The promise of stretch mark and cellulite appearance reduction is wild, but given what it’s done already we’re holding out hope.

The ingredient list looks pretty standard for this kind of product (caffeine always shows up) so we can’t for sure say why or how this witches brew is so effective, but we’ll take it.

Pro tip: If you use any retinol products on your body, you absolutely MUST be using spf. Slather it. Retinol is helping with cell turnover so fresh cells are being exposed to UV rays, making your skin wildly more vulnerable and susceptible to both sun spots and aging, but also all the scarier stuff, too. This is true for your face and retinol, too. Go read THIS article for the only 3 things any of us should really be putting on our face.

Ok, so we have a proposition for you. Set a timer in your Google cal for 4 weeks from today, and we will have updated this article with more info on continued use on the arms, and we’ll report back about the stretch marks and cellulite.

Also here’s a side by side just so we can both ooh and ahh together:

Also … why is this price so amazing? Oops, we just bought one for all our girlfriends and mom and sisters. Try it. Report back HERE
