And sometimes we find amazing hidden gems that are cheap and magical from the drugstore. Like this and this and this. But sometimes we have to tell you about an all-in-one cream highlighter that’s (deep breath) $75 because wowowowowow it’s so good and you can tell we’re a little bit breathless about the price so maybe this photo will convince you of its magic and you won’t yell at us about the price:
The only product in the photo apart from foundation is this highlighter. It sort of replaces your blush AND your bronzer and just infuses your skin with that wash of color that lights up the skin.
We used it with the first brush on THIS LIST (which is a mere $9) and swirled it over our nose, on our cheeks, and on our forehead. It blended into perfect, glowing, sheer, next-to-nothingness in about 3 seconds.
This “super loaded tinted creamy highlighter” is glowy but not oily, packed with hyaluronic acid which plumps up the skin on contact, caper extract which immediately reduces redness (which we noticed right away), comes in 3 gorgeously flattering shades (the one in this photo is called “Peau de Peche”), and is certified clean at Sephora.
Does it have to be $75? Probably not. But if it works better, looks better, does what all makeup should do which is make us feel beautiful and we’ll probably have to replace it, oh, maybe once a year?
We’ll forgo 19 Starbucks coffees for the rest of 2021 and get this highlighter instead.
